Isaiah 33:3-5
New English Translation

3 The nations run away when they hear a loud noise;[a]
the nations scatter when you spring into action![b]
4 Your plunder[c] disappears as if locusts were eating it;[d]
they swarm over it like locusts.[e]
5 The Lord is exalted,[f]
indeed,[g] he lives in heaven;[h]
he fills Zion with justice and fairness.
